Pack It Up
Place the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid return label we'll email you, or ship at your own cost.
Get Refunded
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Want a different size or color? We're happy to help. Contact us at support@modeya.page and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and condition requirements as returns.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
